I don't leave reviews lightly, but he locked me in at 5.5% when the market was sitting around 6.9% (sep 2025). No tricks or gimmicks or hidden fees, just unbeatable rates. I worked with lenders for a living at the time and have dozens of close friends who are highly successful loan officers, I ran this by all of them. Every single one said the same thing: "Just go w/ Mike... we cant beat his rates." On top of that, he was extremely communicative, proactive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. No confusion or stress, let go of the steering wheel and let Mike execute. 4 Months later and I'm still recommending Mike to everyone I know. Stop shopping lenders and just choose this one!
