5-star client review from Ryan Montoya: I was planning on closing on my house at $6500 month and Mike locked me in at $4100. That in itself should speak volumes. I don't leave reviews lightly, but he locked me in at 5.5% when the market was sitting around 6.9% (sep 2025). No tricks or gimmicks or hidden fees, just unbeatable rates. I worked with lenders for a living at the time and have dozens of close friends who are highly successful loan officers, I ran this by all of them. Every single one said the same thing: "Just go w/ Mike... we cant beat his rates." On top of that, he was extremely communicative, proactive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. No confusion or stress, let go of the steering wheel and let Mike execute. 4 Months later and I'm still recommending Mike to everyone I know. Stop shopping lenders and just choose this one!
5-star client review from Julia Shapovalova: Buying a home is stressful enough, but working with Mike literally made it so easy. He managed to shave a third off what our monthly payment would have been, and this was on a new home purchase — not even a refinance. (I can't wait to see what he cooks up on our refi) Super communicative throughout the process. Every question was answered quickly, every step was clearly explained. This is my first home so I had alloooooooot of questions. He truly cared like we were family or close friends. Plus the hoodies are super cute!
