Maddux Mortgage was founded on the belief that obtaining a mortgage is too difficult, there’s too much red tape, and the process takes too long. Founded in 2021 with origination beginning in 2022, Maddux Mortgage is on a strong upward trajectory and destination at the top of the hill. Our aim is to provide more home loan options to more home buyers than any other mortgage lender in the industry.
As a mortgage broker, we’re limited to the loan programs and underwriters of our wholesale partners. As we progress in terms of size and success, we’ll be able to implement our own underwriting and servicing departments to work in tandem with our broker business to put more families into homes. By having the flexibility of brokering loans to wholesale lenders or underwriting and servicing our own loans, we’ll be able to hop, skip, and jump around ridiculous overlays. In the instance that a loan is not able to be approved by conventional means, but it makes sense, then we’ll fund it with our own money and put our client into a position of strength through compassion and understanding.
